Direct Payment Carriers require specific types of data in the PNR/Booking File. See Customer Information for Direct Payment Carriers. Individual carriers may also require additional booking data.

Passenger Title

By default, the following titles are supported for easyJet.

  • Mr.
  • Mrs.
  • Ms.
  • Miss
  • CHD
  • Mr. +Infant
  • Mrs. +Infant
  • Ms. +Infant

Galileo and Apollo: Enter Z*NT to confirm the list of titles accepted by the carrier.

Passenger Names

For easyJet, First Name and Last Name are mandatory. A minimum of 1 character (without whitespace) and a maximum of 30 characters is supported.
Date of Birth

For easyJet, the date of Birth is required for children and infants in the Primary Documentation Information (DOCS).

Phone

A minimum of one Phone field is required.

For easyJet, at least one valid contact number must be provided: Home Phone, Mobile Phone, or Work Phone.

Email

A minimum of one email address is required. If multiple email addresses exist, the first email address is sent to the Direct Payment Carrier.

Address

A minimum of one Customer Address or Delivery Address is required, including street address, city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, and country code.

For easyJet:

  • Street Address 1 is required, and must contain at least 4 characters.

  • Street Address 2 is optional. However, if provided, must contain at least 4 characters.

  • City must be at least 2 characters in length without whitespace.

  • State/Province/Region must be at least 1 character without whitespace.

  • Zip/Postal Code must be at least 2 characters without whitespace.

Loyalty Membership (if applicable)

If applicable, ensure that the loyalty membership information is present before requesting a Fare Shopping search (FS) or Fare Quote (FQ).

Secure Flight Passenger Data (if applicable)

APIS/Secure Flight Passenger Data is required for all flights with an origin or destination in the United States, as well as for all flights that travel in US air space.
Fees

Flat Booking Fees for variable/ Economy fares. FlexiFares are exempted. See EasyJet - U2 - General Information for specific amounts by currency.

Internet Discount Fee (IED) returned as a negative fee.

Credit Card Fee is 1% minus booking fees (similar fee also for debit cards).

Note: easyJet fees are typically added at pricing and not fare shopping. Be sure to price after fare shopping for the most accurate fares and fee information.

Form of Payment

On the Payment tab, the Form of Payment drop-down only lists forms of payment accepted by the selected carrier. If a form of payment was added from a profile, changing the form of payment overrides the profile and changes for the form of payment for this PNR/Booking File only.

Note:For easyJet, a Could not create the new member. error is returned if data requirements specific to easyJet are not met.

Note: These requirements from easyJet may be superseded by Travelport+ (1G) or Apollo (1V) booking requirements. For example, easyJet supports a maximum of 40 passengers in a booking, but Travelport+ (1G) and Apollo (1V) support a maximum of 80 passengers per booking.

easyJet supports PNR/Booking File modification. However, if changes are made directly with easyJet outside of Travelport, synchronization with Travelport+ (1G) or Apollo (1V) is not supported via the ZSYNC command. All changes must be continued directly with easyJet.
