Required Customer Information for Direct Payment Carriers.
Required Customer Information for Direct Payment CarriersDirect Payment Carriers have a different set of required Customer Information for PNR/Booking Files than Network (GDS) Carriers.
When booking with all Direct Payment Carriers, the following information is required in the PNR/Booking File.
Customer Information
Comments By default, the following titles are supported for Direct Payment Carriers. However, specific carriers may support a different list of titles.
- MR
- MRS
- MISS
- MS
- MASTER
- MSTR
Galileo and Apollo: Enter Z*NT to display a list of titles accepted by a specific carrier.
A minimum of one Phone field is required.
A minimum of one email address is required. If multiple email addresses exist, the first email address is sent to the Direct Payment Carrier.
A minimum of one Customer Address or Delivery Address is required, including street address, city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, and country code.
By default, the following forms of payment are supported for Direct Payment Carriers. However, specific carriers may support different forms of payment.
- CREDIT CARD
- DEBIT CARD
- AGENCY PAYMENT
- CASH
- TRAVEL ACCOUNT CARD
- PREPAID CARD
On the Payment tab, the Form of Payment drop-down only lists forms of payment accepted by the selected carrier. If a form of payment was added from a profile, changing the form of payment overrides the profile and changes for the form of payment for this PNR/Booking File only.
Galileo Terminal Equivalent: List of Accepted Forms of PaymentZF* or ZF*Cxx (where xx is the two-letter airline code) to display a list of forms of payment accepted by a specific carrier.
Loyalty Membership (if applicable)
If applicable, ensure that the loyalty membership information is present before requesting a Fare Shopping search (FS) or Fare Quote (FQ).
Secure Flight Passenger Data (if applicable)
APIS/Secure Flight Passenger Data is required for all flights with an origin or destination in the United States, as well as for all flights that travel in US air space.
Some Direct Payment Carriers may also require additional Customer Information, such a birth date or citizenship, to complete a booking. If a PNR/Booking File is end transacted without all of the required Customer Information for the selected carrier, an error indicates the missing data that is required to complete the booking.

Currency override at fare quote is accepted with Ryanair. For example: FQ:EUR. When confirming the booking, the form of payment is debited in the converted currency.

Confirmation
The RyanAir confirmation is emailed to the Email Address in the Email To (MT.) or Email From (MF.) field.

Booking Modifications
Ryanair supports the following booking modifications:

Changing flights (Replacing Segments)
More Information-
Only the date and time of the flight can be changed.

The origin and destination remains the same as the original segment.

A flight cannot be changed within 4 hours of departure.

The fare family cannot change. For example, the family cannot change from Regular to Premium.

Adding or changing ancillary services (optional services) , including seats.
More Information-
Changes are limited to the same level or service or to upgrades. For example, a seating change from Regular to Regular or Regular to Premium is supported, but a change from Premium to Regular is not supported.

Original ancillary services cannot be deleted.

FAST SSR cannot be added after booking.

If adding a bag to a booking, the price may vary from an original bag due to seasonal pricing.

Adding payment for a declined booking.
More Information-
If the payment is declined while trying to book, a new payment can be added by modifying the booking.
RyanAir does not support hold bookings, but currently allows a 15-minute window in which another credit card can be submitted for payment. Another payment must be made within this time frame or the booking is canceled.

If there is an existing payment on the booking (used to make the original booking), the 15-minute window does not apply.
For any declined payment for subsequent changes, the booking remains already confirmed, but has an amount due for changes. The booking payment remains incomplete until the additional amount for the changes is paid. The passenger cannot be checked in at the airport until the remaining charges are paid.

If a credit card payment is declined, the carrier puts the booking on a permanent hold until payment is made.
