European Rail
Launch
You can launch the European Rail plugin from both Smartpoint Desktop and Smartpoint Cloud. The European Rail tool is the same for both Smartpoint Desktop and Smartpoint Cloud, and PNRs/Booking Files that contain European Rail train segments can be accessed from both products.

Import European Rail bookings from Trainline if a European Rail reservation was created directly through the carrier or failed to save to Smartpoint.

Search and import
To launch the European Rail plugin from Smartpoint Cloud:

Search
You can launch the European Rail plugin in Smartpoint Desktop from either the Flex Windows or Classic view.
Flex Windows

Select the Search icon.

Select European rail search.

For MFA, a code is sent to your associated email address to authenticate your login. The email subject line is Your authentication code.

Copy and paste the code to enter it on the login page.
Classic Windows

Select the SEARCH menu.

Select European rail search.
For MFA, a code is sent to your associated email address to authenticate your login. The email subject line is Your authentication code.

Copy and paste the code to enter it on the login page.
Import
This menu item is displayed only if a valid Rail license key is activated for the PCC.
If a European Rail reservation was created directly through the carrier or failed to save to Smartpoint, you can manually import the booking.
Flex Windows

Select the Rail icon, then select European rail booking import.
