Travelport Admin Portal for Universal API

Universal API developers will use the Travelport Administrative Portal to manage profiles, provider credentials, printer linkages, and security. Some features of the Travelport Admin Portal influence the way in which Universal Desktop displays to agencies and will not be used by stand-alone Universal API customers.

The Travelport Admin Portal Menus topic contains a list of each menu item, and defines which menu items are used by Universal API customers.

Universal API Actions

Hierarchy

View the agency hierarchy to ensure that the hierarchy levels were set up correctly during provisioning. While viewing an agency hierarchy, Administrators can also modify hierarchy template details, such as agency preferences.

Printer connections

Printer connections can be defined per work area branch or per user.

Important: When entering a printer ID, use uppercase letters. Lowercase letters will cause an error.

Note: Only set a user's printer connection if that user requires a different printer than others within the same work area branch.

Terminal connections

Terminal connections can be defined per work area branch or per user.

Provider credentials

Galileo HAP credentials are pre-populated during provisioning. Provider credentials are required for ACH (i.e., low cost carriers) and any other third-party content providers.

Rail provider credentials

Manage your rail provider credentials at the work area branch level.
