Profiles
Hierarchy with Templates	This menu has three options: New Account Hierarchy is used to create a new account. Open Account Hierarchy is used to modify an existing account. Open Agency Hierarchy is used to modify the Agency hierarchy.
Agency Configuration
Printer Connections	Printer connections allow users to issue tickets through the Universal Record.
Providers
Provider Credentials	Some content sources accessed through Travelport hubs (such as low cost carriers or third-party content) require credentials to allow access to their data. Use Provider Credentials to manage credentials to content providers other than GDS.
Rail Provider Credentials	Manage your rail provider credentials.
Tools
Change Password	Used to manage user password.
