Change Password

You can change your password by clicking the Tools menu, then selecting Change Password.

The system will allow 5 incorrect passwords before the user login is locked. Users are encouraged to use the reset password option before they are locked out because only Travelport can unlock users.

Password Requirements

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters, but not more than 40 characters, in length.

• Passwords are case sensitive.

• Passwords must contain at least 1 digit, 1 upper case alpha, and 1 lower case alpha.

• Passwords must not contains more than two consecutive identical characters or numbers (for example, aa and 22 are valid, but aaa and 222 are not).

• Passwords must not be the same as the previous 4 passwords.

• Passwords cannot be the same as the login ID.
