Open Account Hierarchy

The Travelport Admin Portal can be used to open an Account profile that has already been created by the agency for one of their customers. Once the Account hierarchy is open, the agency can add Traveler Groups to build out the hierarchy and modify the associated templates.

To open an Account hierarchy,

1. Select the Profiles menu, then select Hierarchy with Templates, and then select Open Account Hierarchy. 

2. Search for the Account profile that you want to open, then click Select.

Once the Account hierarchy is open, you can do the following:

• Modify the associated templates (see Modify Templates).

• Add Traveler Groups to the account (see Create a Traveler Group within an Existing Account). A maximum of eight Traveler Groups may be added between the Account and Traveler profile levels.
  Note: Once a Traveler Group level has been created within the hierarchy the level may not be deleted.
