Trip Quote (Smartpoint 9.1 and Earlier)

In Smartpoint 9.1 and earlier, Trip Quote allows you to send unbooked itinerary from your agency to travelers.

To create quotes from an unbooked itinerary:

1. Create a Trip Quote itinerary by adding flight, hotel, and/or car options from an unbooked itinerary. Details are available for Trip Quote from the results of:

• Air Availability Filters

Note: This option provides flight information, but does not include fare quotes.

• Flight Shopping Display

Note: Rail quotes may also be returned for agencies that are provisioned to receive both air and rail in their Flight Shopping responses.

• Hotel Complete Availability
• Hotel Retail: Rate Details
• Hotel Passive Sell
• Car Availability
• Car Passive Sell
• Fare Quote (FQ)/Pricing ($B) from the Calculator

2. Open Trip Quote to view the itinerary.
3. Optional.Change Trip Quote settings for time format, fare rules format, and email configuration.
4. Send a Trip Quote email or copy itinerary information to the clipboard.
