User Roles

Based on the role assigned to the user profile, different functionality tabs will become available at the top of the page. Roles available are:

  • Super Agency Administrator Role – This role is an agency administrator role for managing multiple agencies that belong to an agency group. The Super Agency Admin can create agency groups. This admin monitors schedules, actions, and users of all agencies associated with their agency group. This user has the same privileges as the Agency Admin role for all agencies in their agency group. A super agency admin can create another super agency admin belonging to the same group.

  • Agency Administrator Role – This role is assigned to Agency Administrator users. It enables the admin user to create new schedules or update existing schedules, create new access methods (Host Access Profile credentials required), edit agency details, and create or update users within their agency set up.

  • Agency User Role – This role is assigned to Agency users. It enables the agency user to create new schedules or update existing schedules, and it is limited to view-only access to agency configuration.

Your role within the agency defines your permissions within Queue Control Console.
