Reports

The Reports option is only visible to agency users for which the Advanced Robotic Ticketing handler has been enabled by the Travelport Global Administrator.

Reports can be accessed by all profiles and will enable the user to access and run reports on tickets issued by Travelport Robotic Ticketing. Once you enter your date range and click Export to Excel, you can save this report to your hard drive where you can filter and or accumulate data.

  • Robotic Ticketing Bookings contains ticketing activity for an agency.

  • Processed PNRs report contains PNRs processed by the schedule, action, and handler for an agency.

  • PNR tracker report provides a list of actions/handlers that have processed the specified PNR.

Robotic Ticketing Bookings

  1. Select Reports > Robotic Ticketing Bookings.

  2. Select the agency name for which you will run the report.

  3. Select the month for the report.

  4. Click Export to Excel. You can then save this report to your hard drive where you can filter and/or accumulate data.

Once run, the report generated will include the ticketing PCC, IATA number, agency name, booking agency PCC, passenger name as it appears in the PNR, plating carrier, ticket number, base fare, total tax amount, OB fee amount, commission percentage applied, document fee applied, the date and time the ticket was issued and the record locator.

Processed PNRs

Processed PNRs creates a report of the PNRs processed by the schedule, action, and handler. The default date is the previous day but you can select another date. This report is also available from the Reports drop down menu on a Schedule's Details page.

PNR Tracker

This report provides a list of actions/handlers that have processed the specified PNR. This report is also available from the Reports drop down menu on a Schedule's Details page.

  1. Enter a PNR.

  2. Select a date range. The maximum allowed date range is a month and the historical data will be available for a maximum of 3 months.

  3. Select Search. Actions/Handlers that have processed the PNR display.

  4. Select the Details button to view the Action Log details. From this page, you can download the action logs.
