Agency

Travelport Global Admin and Second Level Admin can create or provision a new agency and their associated users. Agency control enables Agency Admin users to edit details that have been created by Travelport. It is important to create agencies in order to be able to link up certain controls that can be found in Queue Control Console, like Access Methods, Handlers, and Schedules. The agency admin can select the handlers to use for his/her agency by checking or unchecking them.

Note: Queue Control Console Lite users have access to the Move to Queue and Remove from Queue handlers only. For access to additional handlers please contact your Travelport Account Manager.

  1. Click the Agency tab to display the agency details.

  2. Click the Edit button to modify the agency details. The Edit button is only available to Agency Administrators.

  3. Make the necessary changes.
Note: Only handlers assigned to the agency by the Travelport Admin shall be allowed to be selected by the agency administrator.
