Module 6: Profiles
You can keep information about your agency, corporate accounts, travelers, and itinerary profiles in Smartpoint Cloud. By having this information stored, you can move most traveler data from the profile directly into the PNR/booking file. If you have customers that travel a set itinerary regularly, the agency may opt to create itinerary profiles. They can also be used for retention segments.
The three levels of customer data profiles are:

Personal file
Itinerary profiles are divided by qualifiers:

C – Car segments

D – Departing air segment
-
I – Associated remarks
-
H – Hotel segment
-
R – Return air segment
-
T – Tour segments
