There are many ways to move profile information into a PNR/booking file ranging from moving just one level through to all levels:

  • From the agency file only

  • From the agency file and a business file

  • From the agency file, a business file, and a personal file

The function identifier for moving profile information into a PNR/booking file, without having the profile displayed, is CMT. This is also known as a blind move. The format requires the business profile name and if a personal profile is also needed, use a dash between the two profile names.

Enter CM/ to move the viewed profile into the PNR/booking file.

To add specific lines rather than the entire profile, enter CMB (or CMP for personal level) followed by the select move modifier /S/ an end item + and the individual line numbers or a hyphen - and the range of line numbers. (The S means “select.”)

Each profile can contain up to 99 lines. Each line has a line type:

Y

Yes, always be added to the PNR/booking file

O

Optional and must be added by line number

N

Never move; information only

B
