TravelScreen Plus
Travelscreen Plus is an advanced Travelport+ point-of-sale tool that uses profiles to tailor availability screens for air, car, and hotel to include customer preferences at both the business and personal levels. Customer preferences are stored in tables associated to client files. You activate Travelscreen Plus preferences automatically when you display or move information from a client file. You can choose to activate business preferences only, personal preferences only, or merge the two. When moving over profiles, add @ to the end of the format to merge them.
Usually, you will want tomerge the two levels of preferences to activate both business and personal preferences. If no business preferences exist, personal preferences become the default. Travelscreen Plus can be set up to use one form of payment for air and another for hotel and car rentals. You can also specify preferred vendors.
