Using Hotel Retail
Hotel Retail integrates into your hotel booking workflow to provide all relevant hotel information in one place.
The following workflow shows the minimum tasks required to complete a hotel booking. See individual task topics for optional tasks and additional features.

Request a hotel search to open the Hotel Availability Search in the Hotel Retail window.

Enter required and optional hotel search data.

Search to display the Hotel List (Hotel Availability Display) for the search location.
Tip! To complete a Hotel Retail workflow, Hotel Retail must be enabled when you request a search. If Hotel Retail is disabled, the Hotel List in the Hotel Retail plugin is displayed after completing the Search screen. -
Select a hotel property to display the Detail Rates List (Complete Availability Display) for that property.

Select a rate from the Detail Rates List.

Review rules and policies for the selected rate in the Rules tab of the Information pane.

Book the selected rate to display the Hotel Sell Options pane.

Update or complete payment and booking information.

Book the hotel reservation.
