Updates for Agents

Between Smartpoint 10.0 and Smartpoint 10.1, there are no changes to the end-user installation process. However, If you are upgrading from an earlier version of Smartpoint, your agency may need to complete pre-installation activities, which are indicated in the Smartpoint Installation Guides.

Updates for Technical Audiences
