Trip Quote (Smartpoint 10.0 and Later)

Trip Quote allows you to send itinerary information and quotes from your agency to travelers. Trip Quote provides the details of their trip itineraries to travelers.

Trip Quote creates and sends information for:

Quotes from unbooked itinerary options. (Also available in Smartpoint 9.1 and earlier.)
Booked itineraries with trip details.
Flight availability schedules to compare schedule options for available flights.

In addition, you can:

Send emails with or without an attached PDF of the quote, itinerary, or schedule.
Copy quotes or itineraries to the Windows Clipboard to paste in an email o
Save PDF files of quotes, itineraries, and schedules.
Save and retrieve quotes, itineraries, and schedules.
Create templates and settings to customize and standardize displays, email set up, and other preferences.

Tip! Agencies that currently use Custom Trip Quote are encouraged to migrate to the enhanced Trip Quote in Smartpoint 10.0.
