Trip Quote (Smartpoint 10.0 and Later)

In Trip Quote, you can customize and standardize displays, email set up, and other preferences.

To create or edit templates and settings:
  1. Open the Trip Quote basket.
  2. Click the Templates and Settings tab.

  1. Click the arrow for one of the sections:
  • Template
    Create standard information that can display automatically, including agency logos and contact information, footers, disclaimers, and other remarks.
  • Preferences
    Customize various display and feature options.
  • Email
    Set up your email account for Trip Quote, and set standard preferences for creating and sending emails with quotes, itineraries, and flight schedules.
    Set up your email software and account, and specify email options.
