Customizing Quotes and Itineraries
You can customize information and display preferences that apply to:

Individual quotes or itineraries, such as language, time format, theme, colors, and fonts.

All quotes or itineraries, such as agency logos and contact information, remarks, headers, and email preferences. These preferences are managed in the Templates and Settings tab.
To customize each quote or itinerary:
Each customization is optional.
- From the Quote, Booked Itinerary, or Flight Availability tabs, go to the customize display section.
- Click the Language arrow to select a language other than your default language for the itinerary. If your selected language for Smartpoint is not currently supported, English displays by default. Languages supported:

Smartpoint 10.0 and later: English, French, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Smartpoint 10.1 and later: Bulgarian, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), German, Japanese, Korean, and Russian.

Tips!
Host data directly from Travelport+ (1G) or Apollo (1V) may not be translated.
This setting changes the language of the quote, itinerary, or flight availability text. It does not change the language of the Smartpoint application. See Changing Local Language for instructions to change the language for Smartpoint.
- Click the Clock arrow to select the time format for 12hr (Example: 2:30 PM) or 24hr (Example: 14:30).
- Click the Classic arrow to select from several themes for itineraries. For example, the Mobile theme is designed to display clearly on a mobile phone.
Tip! For the Classic theme only, you can further customize alternating background colors by route (flight grouping) instead of flight.
- Click the Paintbrush icon to change the color scheme of the itinerary. Note that options default color schemes for color changes vary depending on the theme.
More InformationThere are several options to change the colors of the background and text in an itinerary.
Click the Paintbrush icon to display the color scheme screen. Note that the screen is named Mobile because a different color schemes can be applied to each theme.
Default Color SchemesYou can select from two sets of color schemes.
If you prefer the default options to have darker text on a lighter background, select from one of the default color schemes. For example: Color-3.
Click APPLY to complete the update, then
If you prefer the default options to have a darker background with lighter text, select Dark Mode.
Custom Colors and Fonts
If you want custom colors or fonts, select Custom.
Click the Font arrow if you want to select another font.
Click the Edit Color icon for a color that you want to change.
Select either Background to change the background color or Foreground to change the text color.
Choose a new color by either:
Selecting a color from the Default colors palette.
Clicking the More Colors arrow to display additional color options.
You can click on a color in the spectrum to preview. Or, you can manually enter the ARGB or Hex codes for the desired color.
After all changes are complete, click APPLY to display the updates.
The update remains the default color scheme for the theme selected in Step 4.
