Itinerary Remarks

Itinerary remarks are free-form messages that you can create to display on a customer’s itinerary. There are two types of itinerary remarks:

Associated Remarks

Associated remarks are appended to a specific segment in the PNR/Booking File. These remarks display on the itinerary/invoice directly below the selected segment.

Associated remarks can be managed through either the Associated Remarks tab of the Remarks screen or terminal formats.

Unassociated Remarks

Unassociated remarks are free-form comments for an itinerary that are not associated to a specific segment. When you print or display, unassociated remarks are displayed at the bottom of the itinerary.

Associated remarks can be managed through either the Other Remarks tab of the Remarks screen or terminal formats.
