Managing Associated Remarks with Terminal Formats

Associated remarks are itinerary remarks that are appended to a specific PNR/Booking File segment. These remarks display on the itinerary/invoice directly below the selected segment.

This topic describes managing associated remarks using terminal formats.

With associated remarks, you can:

  • Manage associated remarks using the Associated Remarks tab in the PNR/Booking File Remarks Screen.
  • View associated remarks in a PNR/Booking File.
  • Set the default display of the PNR/Booking File to automatically show or hide itinerary remarks, including associated remarks.

You can use terminal formats to create, insert, edit, or remove associated remarks.

Tip! All itinerary remarks, both associated and unassociated, are given a unique number in the itinerary.
