Managing Associated Remarks with Terminal Formats
Associated remarks are itinerary remarks that are appended to a specific PNR/Booking File segment. These remarks display on the itinerary/invoice directly below the selected segment.
This topic describes managing associated remarks using terminal formats.
With associated remarks, you can:
- Manage associated remarks using the Associated Remarks tab in the PNR/Booking File Remarks Screen.
- View associated remarks in a PNR/Booking File.
- Set the default display of the PNR/Booking File to automatically show or hide itinerary remarks, including associated remarks.
You can use terminal formats to create, insert, edit, or remove associated remarks.
Tip! All itinerary remarks, both associated and unassociated, are given a unique number in the itinerary.
Requirements
Free-form text added to a remark uses the same requirements for Travelport+ (1G) and Apollo (1V):
- Minimum characters per line: 2
- Maximum characters per line: 70
Travelport+ (1G) Formats

You can use add associated remarks to specify the flight check-in times and terminal information for an air segment. For example:
You can use add associated remarks to specify the flight check-in time. The Travelport+ (1G) system deducts the specified time in minutes from the scheduled departure time to create the check-in time.
The minimum check-in time is 10 minutes and the maximum time is 240 minutes.

You can use add associated remarks to create terminal information. The Travelport+ (1G) system deducts the specified time in minutes from the scheduled departure time to create the check-in time.
