Unassociated Remarks

Unassociated remarks are free-form comments for an itinerary that are not associated to a specific segment. When you print or display, unassociated remarks appear at the bottom of the itinerary.

With associated remarks, you can:

Add, remove, edit, or insert associated remarks using either:
The Other Remarks tab in the PNR/Booking File Remarks Screen.
Terminal formats.
View unassociated remarks in a PNR/Booking File.
Set the default display of the PNR/Booking File to automatically show or hide itinerary remarks, including associated remarks.

Free-form text added to a remark uses the same requirements for Travelport+ (1G) and Apollo (1V):

Minimum - 2 free-form characters per unassociated remark.
Maximum - 70 free-form characters per unassociated remark.
Maximum - 5000 characters per PNR/Booking File.
