Itinerary Remarks

Managing Unassociated Remarks with Terminal Formats

Unassociated remarks are free-form itinerary remarks that are not associated to a specific segment. When you print or display, these comments are displayed at the bottom of the itinerary.

This topic describes managing unassociated remarks using terminal formats.

With associated remarks, you can:

  • Manage unassociated remarks using the Other Remarks tab in the PNR/Booking File Remarks Screen.
  • View associated remarks in a PNR/Booking File.
  • Set the default display of the PNR/Booking File to automatically show or hide itinerary remarks, including unassociated remarks.

You can use terminal formats to create, insert, edit, or remove associated remarks.

Tip! All itinerary remarks, both associated and unassociated, are given a unique number in the itinerary.
