Schedules: View and Sort
Schedules are used to create and maintain booking file actions based on specific times or time frequency. It is the control that will be used most frequently by an agency administrator and/or agency user.
View Schedules
When an Agency Administrator clicks the Schedules tab, all the schedules created by all users within your agency display. From this tab, agency administrators can create and modify schedules. Agency users can view the details of a particular handler. Select the thumbnail below to see an example of the Schedules list.

Frequency |
Frequency in minutes that the schedule will run. |
Note: Each schedule should be set to a minimum of 15 minutes, nothing less. |
Next scheduled run |
Date and time (in the time zone of the user) when the next schedule will run. |

Active |
This indicates if the Schedule is active or inactive. You can activate or deactivate a schedule directly from the grid view. |
All Actions included in the schedule will be activated/deactivated. Deactivate does not delete actions. |
Log entries button |
Click to view actions that ran on a specific day. To view a history of action runs, click the Details button for a Schedule, then scroll down to the Actions list and click the Log entries on an Action row. |

Details button |
Click to view schedule details. This view provides access to reports and the ability to run a schedule on demand. |

Edit button |
Click to edit schedule. |

Create copy button |
Click to create a copy of an existing schedule. |
Copies an existing schedule and its associated actions, including criteria, monitoring queues, and handlers, as well as any associated advanced robotic ticketing actions with their associated properties, excluding the monitoring queues and commissions. The newly copied schedule is set to inactive by default.
After you have reviewed the newly copied schedule, you can activate it. |

If a filter is applied when you select Details, when you choose Back to schedules from the Details page, the filters remain active. |

Click to remove filters from the grid. |

Sort Schedules
When an Agency Administrator clicks the Schedules tab, all the schedules created by all users within your agency display. Users can filter/sort the Schedules based on the columns within the Schedule table.
- To sort a column alphabetically, click the column heading. An arrow displays indicating the sort order. To reverse the sort, click the column heading again. Click the heading a third time to remove the sort.
- To apply a filter to a column, click the Filter icon () within the column heading. A popup appears with filter options for that column.
From the Schedules table, you can:
- Deactivate a Schedule. Deactivating a Schedule does not delete it.
- Click the Details button to view more information about the Schedule and to view reports.
Agency Administrators can click the New Schedule button to create a new Schedule.
