View Run Details

The Log Entries for Actions provides a list of when the actions for the Schedule have run.

  1. Select the Schedules tab.

  2. Select the Details button for the Schedule you want to view.

    Note: If you click the Log entries button on the main Schedules list, you can only view actions that ran on a specific date.

  3. Scroll down to the List of Actions, then view the run details by either:

    • Clicking the Log entries button on an Action row.

    • Or, clicking the Details or Configure button for an Action row, then scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking the Log entries link.

  4. You can view more details about the running of the action by clicking the Details button on the Action runs page.

 

To filter the Run Details, enter a date range or exception text, then click Search.

Yes / No highlighting if last run was successful or not

Error Message

High level note if last run was successful or not

Start Date Time

Date and time when Travelport Robotic Ticketing last initiated for this schedule

Complete Date Time

Date and time when Travelport Robotic Ticketing last finished processing for this schedule

Click the Details button to list the log files for this schedule instance.
