Hotel Content Optimizer gives Travelport customers a toolkit for monetizing demand across all points of sale. It is a self-service rules engine that allows you to dynamically control the content presented to your agents or travelers. This powerful tool can help you optimize your revenues by driving volumes towards your preferred content providers and by enhancing the relevancy of your offers to specific customer personas.
By creating rules:

Content in Travelport’s Hotel Search Algorithm can be targeted and filtered to dynamically control the content that is presented to agents or travelers in any Travelport point-of-sale or API.

Content can be tuned for relevancy.
This tool gives Travelport customers greater control over the content returned in their points of sale and APIs.
Hotel Content Optimizer
Content Optimizer for Hotel rules can:

Hotel rules can be applied across the following Travelport cores: Apollo (1V) and Galileo (1G). The rules usually come into effect within 15 minutes.

Content Optimizer Actions
After logging into Content Optimizer, the Hotel Management table displays a list of available functions.
- Rules The Content Optimizer Rule Management table and lets you manage your Rules page for Hotel.
- Hotel Rules: The Content Optimizer rules page lets you manage Hotel rules associated with your account.
- New Hotel rule lets you create a new rules for your agency.
- Filters Filters provide a method for searching and filtering rules based on entry criteria.
- Export Rules displays information from the Export Rules function.
- Property Groups lets you create a group of properties to which rules can be applied. E.g., these groups are customized lists that can be made up of a variety of location types and used in one or more Content Optimizer rules. A Property Group is made up of property IDs.
- PCC Groups lets you create a group of PCCs to which rules can be applied. E.g., if a group of Apollo/Galileo Pseudo City Codes (PCCs) are used often to create a rule, you can create a PCC grouping to speed rule creation. PCC groups are tied to a user. Another user could see a grouping name if that user has access to every PCC within the grouping.
