Hotel Rule Types

Hotel Content Optimizer allows customers to create rules all Hotel Complete Availability (HOC) options that display to their agents. The following table lists the types of rules that can be created.

Note: Each rule also includes an effective and a discontinue date, which specifies the record effectiveness. The discontinue date cannot be greater than 12/31/2059. These dates are not related to travel dates.

All rules are listed below.

Rule	Description
Remove non-commissionable rates	Prevents non-commissionable rates from being displayed.
Remove non-negotiated rates	Prevents non-negotiated rates from being displayed.
Remove non-refundable rates	Prevents non-refundable rates from being displayed.
Remove specific rate access codes	Prevents rates associated to specific rate access codes from being displayed.
