@HotelRateCategory
A Hotel Search or Hotel Rate and Rule Search can be modified to request specified rate categories, such as Senior Citizen, Government, Weekend, Corporate, or Tour.
Notes:

Unlike Negotiated Rates, Rate Categories are publicly available, provided that the traveler meets the parameters of the requested Rate Category.

Encoding and Decoding Hotel Rate Categories
Rate Category codes can be obtained using ReferenceDataRetrieveReq with the "HotelRateCategory" Reference Data type. The version of UtilReqRsp.xsd determines if the codes are available as proprietary or OTA codes.
