Void all tickets
Smartpoint Cloud provides an intuitive option to void tickets. For example, tickets may be voided to change an incorrect form of payment or incorrect passenger name.

Most tickets are eligible for voiding only within a limited time after the initial ticketing; this time period varies depending on the settlement plan and country.

Only certain types of tickets are eligible for voiding through the Travelport+ (1G) system. In some cases, ineligible tickets may permit voiding directly with the carrier.

This feature currently supports voiding only for all tickets in the booking.
To void all tickets:

Retrieve a ticketed booking file (PNR) in either the terminal or graphical view.

Select the void all tickets option.
Graphical viewIn the Tickets panel, select the More ... icon, then select Void all tickets.
Terminal viewSelect <<CHANGE>>, then select Void all tickets.
A confirmation message is displayed. Note that voids are final; there is no process to "unvoid" a previously voided ticket.

Select Yes, void tickets to confirm the void.
The updated booking file (PNR) is displayed in either the terminal or graphical view.
Graphical viewThe Tickets panel displays the inactive, voided tickets.
Terminal viewTo view ticket details, enter or select *HTE to view the ticket details. Note that ticket status is changed to VOID.
