Ticket Exchange Plus: Automatic Exchange (Rapid Reprice)

Reviewing Final Results

After you confirm the revised itinerary and click CONTINUE, the Final Results screen is displayed.

Note: If you changed the default settings for Ticket Exchange Plus to omit the Revised Itineraries screen from the Rapid Reprice steps, the Final Results screen displays after the Rapid Reprice Options screen.

 

The Final Results screen shows the amount for the Fare Difference, the Penalty Amount, and the Total Additional Amount.

  • If there are multiple passengers, the amounts shown are for all passengers:
  • The breakdown of the Ticket showing Base Fare, TX/FEE and TKT TTL is for each individual passenger.
  • The *TTL line shows the total for all passengers.
  • If the new fare is a branded fare, brand and fare basis information is included.

Tip! You can indicate in the exchange request if you want the search to include either all available brands or the same brand as the original ticket.

  • In TOTAL ADD COLLECT AMOUNT:
  • If no additional amount is required for the fare or change fee, NOADC is displayed.

  • The change fee is not included in the fare amount if the fee is collected through EMD-S.
To review the final results:
  1. Confirm the final exchange amounts. Click Scroll Down and Scroll Up to view all fare and fee information.

In the lower right corner, additional information or processing options may display. The options displayed vary depending on the PNR.

  1. Select the desired options and click CONTINUE to add the information to the PNR.

Displays a screen to included additional documents in the PNR.

Provides a detailed breakdown of the fares for each passenger in a multi-passenger itinerary

Displays Net fare information.

  1. After all updates are completed, click CONTINUE to display the Exchange Element screen.
