Keyboard Shortcuts

The following list contains default shortcuts that are available. You can also use Quick Commands Management to create and manage custom keyboard shortcuts.

Shortcut

Description

ALT+B

Move to the previous interactive response (move back to the previous screen).

ALT+C

Copy the Terminal content as text and for the entire host content.

For example, enter: HELP A and then use the shortcut ALT+C.

ALT+D

Change from the upper (1) to the lower (2) Terminal Partition.

If you repeat this keystroke, this sub-window is zoomed in and out.

ALT+E

Hide the Next/Previous toolbar.

ALT+F

Open the Quick Commands Manager.

ALT+G

Open the Programmable Keys (PKeys) Editor.

ALT+H

Go to the current terminal.

ALT+I

View recent PNRs/Booking Files.

ALT+J

Display available Scriptwriter Plus scripts.

ALT+K

Open the EMD Manager.

ALT+L

Swap terminal/PNR Viewer window.

ALT+M

Host entries such as availability or Fares Shopping provide a link at the end for “More” results.  You can use this shortcut as an alternative to clicking on the link with the mouse.

ALT+N

Create a new Tab in the current Terminal Window.

ALT+Q

Replay terminal entries.

ALT+R

Remove the current terminal Tab.

ALT+S

Store the current window positions.

ALT+T Open Smartpanel to make detailed Fare Shopping requests.

ALT+U

Change from the lower (2) to the upper (1) sub-window.

If you repeat this keystroke, this sub-window is zoomed in and out.

ALT+V

Show/Hide PNR Viewer window.

ALT+W

Show the Next/Previous Day toolbar.

ALT+X

If windows positions are changed but not saved, returns to the previous layout.

ALT+'n'

Move the keyboard focus to Tab ‘n’. For example, ALT +1 moves to Tab 1.Also move output content from one terminal to another.

  • In the grid view, you can move content from one terminal to another.
  • In the tab view, you can move content to the first terminal in another tab.

ALT+Down Arrow

Go to the next interactive response from the response history

ALT+Up Arrow

Go back to previous interactive response from the response history.

ALT+F11

Go to full screen mode.

ALT+F12

Open the Quick Commands panel.

CTRL+B

Print current Terminal Partition content.

CTRL+C

Copy the selected text/data in the clipboard.

CTRL+M

Open the Calendar.

CTRL+Q

Move through all Travelport Smartpoint windows.

Each time this shortcut is used it moves to the next window.

CTRL+S

Clear all Terminal Partitions in the current tab.

CTRL+W

Clear the active Terminal Partition (upper or lower).

CTRL+ALT+F10

Go to grid view mode.

CTRL+Down Arrow

Repeat previous entries (forward). Supports the last 200 entries.

CTRL+ Up Arrow

Repeat previous (back) entries.

Support the last 200 entries.

CTRL+Enter

Send a format/entry to the host and shows the interactive response in a new Tab.

CTRL+Tab

Navigate through all Tabs in the current terminal window.

CTRL+F12

Hide/Show Travelport Smartpoint.

CTRL+Shift+A

Show all windows.

Page Up

Move the cursor to the top of the page

Page Down

Move the cursor to the bottom of the page.

Tab

Move the cursor to the next tab stop. You can also click tabbed entries.

Shift+Tab

Move the cursor to the previous tab stop.

Greater Than Sign (>.)

Create a SOM entry in Travelport+ (1G) .

TILDE (~`)

Create a SOM entry in Apollo (1V).
