PNR Viewer
Viewing PNRs/Booking Files
The PNR Viewer Window provides an instant view of the PNR/Booking File. This window shows all relevant PNR/Booking File information, which is grouped into categories for easy viewing.
To view a PNR/Booking File:
- If a PNR/Booking File is not active, retrieve the record.
Tips!
If a PNR/Booking File is recent, you can click the Recent PNR/Booking File
in the PNR Action Bar.
Hover over blue text to learn more information.
Click on the green text to display more information or link to a related screen.
Note: LeisureShopper segments do not display as buttons or links for the PNR/Booking File, even if they are present in the record. Enter (Galileo) or (Apollo) to view LeisureShopper booking information.
- Optional. Click the *ALL
button to display all content in the itinerary.
- Optional. To display specific information in an itinerary, click on either a Quick Access button or a Quick Access link.
Note: Depending on the record data, some of the same information may available from both a Quick Access button and a Quick Access link. In other cases, record data is available only from Quick Access link.
For example, you can view vendor locator information from both a Quick Access button and an information link.
Button Example
Click the *VL Quick Access button to display the vendor locator information. The selected button turns blue and the information is displayed at the bottom of the PNR Viewer.

Click the button again to close the information.
Link Example
Click the green *VL link to display the vendor locator information as drop-down text immediately below the link.

Click the link again to close the information.
- Optional. For applicable data, you can click on links within the information to either:
- Display additional information. For example, in Filed Fare (*FF), click a specific passenger fare quote to display the details.
- Open related screens. For example, if you click a passenger name to display the Customer Information screen.
