Voiding Tickets

With Assisted Ticketing you can void e-tickets or exchanged e-tickets from either an active or inactive PNR/Booking File. For example, you can void a ticket to change an incorrect form of payment.

The basic workflow for voiding tickets is the same, but there differences in options based on settlement plan:

Voiding Tickets (BSP)
Voiding Tickets (ARC)

Scope

Assisted Ticketing does not support NDC and Direct Payment Carrier segments. See Assisted Ticketing for more information.
