Direct Download
Select the Download Now button on the purchase confirmation page to download the file for manual installation.
Automatic Install in Travelport Smartpoint
To automatically receive the new solution in Travelport Smartpoint:

Select the Assign Agents button on the purchase confirmation page. Alternatively, go to the My Account > My Solutions section and select the Assignments button.

Select which users, PCCs, or Groups to receive the solution in Travelport Smartpoint, then select the Add Selected button.
Note: Automatic install is only available if the user has enabled the Travelport Smartpoint - Travelport Marketplace integration on Travelport Smartpoint 7.2+.
If General User does not have Marketplace integration enabled, then the user must log on to Marketplace and access the Profile section. There they can see which solutions were purchased by their Agency Admin and are available for General User direct download.
Remove Automatic Install Assignment
Agency Admin or Agency Super Admin can remove selected Members, PCCs, or Groups from a solution's automatic installation.

Go to My Account > My Solutions, and then select the Assignments button for the solution.

Select the appropriate check box on the Solution Assignment List, and select the Remove Selected button.
Note: Removing Members, PCCs, or Groups removes the option to download the solution from within Travelport Smartpoint.
Disable or Uninstall a Solution
Agency Admins or Agency Super Admins can change a solution status from Active to Disable or Uninstall.

Go to My Account > My Solutions, find the respective solution, and select the Manage Solution link.

Select SP Integration Status.

Click the Edit button, then select Disable or Uninstall, and select the Save button.
Note: Disabling or uninstalling a solution is done at the organization level. This means that ALL members will not be able to use the solution within Travelport Smartpoint.
Disable — this solution is installed in Travelport Smartpoint, but cannot be used.
Uninstall — the next time a user starts up Travelport Smartpoint, the agent receives a message that uninstalls this solution.
