Queue Monitoring

Travelport Smartpoint makes queue monitoring easier and more productive than ever. The Quickview Queues feature allows you to set specific queues that are checked and rechecked automatically throughout the day. When a PNR is on queue, a notification bubble alerts you on the screen.

When you access Smartpoint for the first time, only the functions: Refresh, QCT, QSORT AND QSETUP are visible on the screen.

	Refresh Queues
	QCT displays a Queue count of all the Queues (QCT*ALL)
	Clicking on QSORT the first time will launch the QSORT set-up script, clicking thereafter will start the QSORT function
	QSETUP allows you to determine the Queues for monitoring.
