QCT
Clicking on QCT performs the manual entry: QCT*ALL
This displays the Queues that have activity with the Queue Number, Category, Date Range, Queue Total and Items Worked.
- Clicking on the arrow under the Action Items column accesses the specific Queue, Category, and Date Range.
- Clicking on the Queue number on the left side of the screen, accesses a list of the PNRs on that Queue number, Category, and Date Range.
Points to note:
- Selecting a PNR by clicking on the PNR Record Locator retrieves the PNR away from the queue.
Note: the warning at the top of the list advises that the PNR will not be removed from queue.
- To return to the queue count display, click on the ‘All Active Queues’ link at the top left side of the screen.
