Shortcut Queue Buttons

Shortcut queue buttons only display if the PNR Viewer is the active tab when the queue is accessed. If the Smart Panel or History tabs are active at the time of queue access, the shortcut buttons do not display, even if the PNR Viewer window subsequently selected for display.
