Queue Sort

Queue Sort is an optional queue system feature and is applicable to ticketing queues – Q8; Q9; and Q13 plus Confirmation Q1 and Default Q0.

QSORT can be used for ticketing, confirmation, or both. PNRs are sorted into the applicable date range regardless of the QSORT chosen – 6Q decision table or Agent Sine.

Clicking on the Setup for the first time, launches the QSORT Setup Script

After the setup is complete, clicking the QSORT icon will run the QSORT function.
