Modifying Hotel Bookings

You can modify booked hotels to:

• Change check-in or check-out dates.

• Change room type.

• Add, change, or delete optional fields.

To modify hotel bookings:
  1. Before requesting the modification, display hotel availability and complete availability to confirm that the hotel property can accommodate the requested change.

  2. Retrieve the PNR/Booking File for the desired hotel segment.

  3. Display the Hotel Description to review the rules and confirm that the change is permitted. To display the Hotel Description, you can either:

    • Click the Property ID (25337 in this example).

    • Enter HODs, where s is the segment number.

  4. From the PNR Viewer, click HHL to display the Hotel Modify screen with the data from the hotel segment.

  5. Make any desired changes or additions to the hotel booking. See Hotel: Advanced Sell for field descriptions.

  6. Click Modify to complete the updates and display the updated booking.

  7. End transact (ER or ET) to update the PNR/Booking File.
