Complete Availability provides rates, room types, and the approximate total cost for the stay. From this display, you can determine the best room rate for your customer.

Requesting a Hotel Complete Availability

A Complete Availability display can be requested:

  • By entering the terminal format: HOC with a:
  • Check-in date
  • Check-out date or number of nights
  • A property line number from the Hotel Availability display or a Property ID.
  • Optional modifiers

Where 1 is the line number of a property in the Hotel Availability display.

HOC with Property ID (hotel property number or hotel code) for two guests.

The property ID overrides all other modifiers.
