For more information about the Print Checks function, see Print Checks Overview.
Accessing the Print Checks Screen
To access the Print Checks screen, on the A/P submenu, click Print Checks. Alternatively, click the Print Checks () icon on the GlobalWare icon toolbar.
The Print Checks screen appears.
Note: The Print Checks screen varies based on the selection in the field directly under the Check Entry heading (Write Individual Checks, Batch Checks, Batch EFTs, Batch ACHs, Check Queue Maintenance, or Void/Delete Checks).
With the exception of the Write Individual Checks version of the screen, the top area of the screen displays fields used for querying checks. After you provide search criteria and click SEARCH, checks that match the search criteria appear in the Search Results grid (or in the Check to Void/Delete grid for the Void/Delete Checks version of the screen).
Tips:
-
Press F4 with a search result row selected to view check details. Select the Previous or Next button to view check details for the previous or next check in the search results.
-
You can increase the size of this screen by dragging an edge or corner to the desired size. This enables you to more efficiently view and work with data in the Search Results or Check to Void/Delete grid.
