For technical assistance, review the Support page, or raise a case with Travelport's support desk.
Log into https://my.travelport.com/.
From the Help and resources menu, select Travelport support.
Scroll to the bottom of the Home page and select Raise a Case. This option will direct your issue to Travelport support who can assist you with technical questions. If you think an update to the text on this page would have assisted with solving your issue, mention that in your notes to the support agent with the associated topic and help page URL.
From the image below, select the Home menu at the top left.
Scroll to the bottom of the page just before the footer and select Open request in the Raise a Case green area.
Select the Developer Product Services option.
Complete the form. For Product, select SOAP XML API Services (formerly uAPI) so that the request can be routed to the API Support team, who will be able to assist you.
