Cancel Hotel

You can use the graphical interface to cancel any hotel booking; you can also use terminal entries.

  1. Retrieve the hotel booking.

  2. Expand the Reservations section.

  3. Select the hotel reservation summary section to display details in the right panel.

  4. Select the Cancel booking button at the bottom right of the window.

  5. Select Yes, cancel booking to continue with the cancellation.

Note: In case of cancellation failure, any error received displays on top of the booking file page.
