Exchanging Tickets

Uses the Ticket Exchange Plus script to determine if the PNR qualifies to automatically reprice and validate a revised itinerary.

For PNRs that do not qualify for automatic exchanges, the Ticket Exchange Plus script also provides screens that allow you to manually exchange the tickets.

The Involuntary Exchange script reissues tickets for schedule changes, involuntary re-routing, or other changes that result in even ticketing exchanges.

Note: The Involuntary Exchange script can also be used for voluntary even exchanges. However, there must be no change in the fare regardless of its voluntary or involuntary status.
