Managing Application Windows

The Travelport Smartpoint application window contains one complete instance of the Smartpoint screen.

Note that the application window is distinct from an individual command window within the Travelport Smartpoint application window. The following example shows a screen from the Classic Windows layout, but the same distinction for window types also applies to Flex Windows.

You can manage the application window by:

Renaming application windows.
Adding new application windows.
Removing existing application windows.
Setting the connection for an application window to use a specific GDS or Client ID. You must have more than one Client ID to change connections.
Automatically Assigning "Received By" Identifiers (AutoReceive) to be added when you end transact (ET or ER).
Changing fonts and font sizes.
