Profiles (Client Files and PRO-Files)
You can store information about your agency, corporate accounts, and your travelers in profiles. You can then move most traveler data from the profile directly to the PNR/Booking File.
Profiles have different names based on the network (GDS).
- In Travelport+ (1G), profiles are referred to as Client Files.
- In Apollo (1V), profiles are referred to as PRO-Files.

Profile Levels
There are three levels of profiles:
- Agency Profile (MAR)
The Agency file contains information pertinent to your travel agency. The Agency file includes agency policies and procedures for common tasks, such as ticketing and accepted forms of payment. The file includes the agency’s phone number that moves to the first Phone field in the PNR/Booking File.
Travelport creates Agency files, and one Agency file is assigned to each PCC.
- Business Profile (BAR)
The Business file contains information pertinent to your corporate accounts. Business files contain a Business phone number for each corporate account and related information, such as the form of payment and any applicable discounts.
- Personal Profile (PAR)
The Personal file contains information specific to your individual travelers. Personal files contain the customer’s name, phone number and address, preferred form of payment, frequent flyer numbers, discount numbers, and meal and seating preferences.
