Refunds and Cancellations

Assisted Ticketing supports:

Full or partial refunds, as permitted by the airline or fare.
Refunding multiple tickets.
Refunding tickets from a PNR/Booking File list or manually entering a ticket number.
Canceling refunds, if permitted by the airline.

Scope

NDC and Direct Payment Carrier segments are not supported. See Assisted Ticketing for more information.
