Seats Workflows
The diagram below illustrates workflows to add seats during booking and to add seats to an existing reservation, and, optionally, to issue tickets in the same session.
Each box in the diagram represents one API call in the workflow.

Seats are also supported in the NDC Instant Pay workflow by sending seat map and seat book requests after adding travelers.
Paid seats require a separate payment, which issues an EMD. This payment can be added during booking or later. If payment is sent for both seats and the offer, both an EMD and ticket/s are issued. You can send payment only for seats and issue only the EMD at commit.
