Replaying Entries

To save time, you can capture commonly used entries and replay them. Both terminal entries and point-and-click entries made from screens are stored as terminal data.

You can capture a maximum of 999 entries, and you can either permanently store the entries or clear the entry list each time you open Travelport Smartpoint.

Note: You can also create a SOM (Start of Message) to initiate a terminal entry from anywhere in the Terminal Window.

PCI/DCC Compliance

To support PCI/DSS security compliance, credit card information in the Replay file (Smartpoint.replay.xml) is :

  • Encrypted when viewed or accessed from outside of Smartpoint.
  • Removed from the file when it is saved.

These compliance features do not affect replay functionality within a current Smartpoint session. However, credit card information is removed if your session is closed.
