Signing On

TravelportSmartpoint 12.0

Added in Smartpoint Desktop 12.0, Travelport users multi-factor authentication (MFA) to sign on to Travelport+ (1G). MFA is a two-step verification process designed to keep your account safer. As part of this process, a code is sent to your associated email address to authenticate your login.

Smartpoint uses the same MFA identity provider and method that are already used for MyTravelport authentication. This identity provider holds your email details with MyTravelport, and generates the authentication that allows you to access both Smartpoint and MyTravelport.

While Smartpoint Desktop 11.7 and earlier required MFA for access to certain features and functions, version 12.0 and later require MFA access to sign on to Travelport+ (1G), as well as access to MyTravelport and other products that use Travelport’s universal login.
